Jane Harris (B.Sc.) Busines Analyst

Jane is our Business Analyst. She has over 13 years experience, working on major blue-chip clients such as C&G, Cap Gemini, NatWest, Lloyd TSB and BT.

Her primary role is to extract, clarify and define User Requirements through stakeholder interviews, problem analysis and User workshops. Jane is responsible for the production of key requirement  deliverables including business process flow, requirement matrices, use case descriptions, use cause models, business rules and exception processing, Her role has also required her to work closely with relevant IT parties to ensure that the needs of the business are met through the improvement and development of business IT systems.
