Manuel Gonzales (B.Sc.) User Experience Architect

Manuel is a Senior User Experience Architect. He ensures that our projects strike the right balance between user needs and business requirements.

Manuel helps us to create optimal User Experiences and helps ensure that our digital products adhere to best practice standards. This involves gathering user and business requirements and benchmarking our clients’ competitors.

Key deliverables that Manuel is responsible for include user journeys, process flows and sitemaps which enable the team to conceptualise the overall structure and functionality of the site or campaign. He is also responsible for producing wireframes. He will then ensure that the wireframes are user and stakeholder tested. He will manage internal feedback as well as user testing. He also works closely with the Visual Design team to ensure that the solution the EAs have architected is implemented appropriately.

Manny has worked on a variety of clients, such as Working Families, BT Exchanges and Ghost.
