The website for Scott Wilson Group was a confusing tangle of information. The company needed to improve the User Experience to make the site a useful information tool for their clients.
What we did
For this project we provided User Experience Architecture expertise to improve the Scott Wilson website.
Our research found that users were having trouble navigating the site to find what they were looking for. One of the main problems was that information on the site wasn’t linked to similar information elsewhere on the site, so people needed to know exactly what they were looking for. In order to make it easy for people to see what services were available in their sector we recommended a number of strategies to remove barriers between the user and the information they were trying to get to.
For this project we provided: comprehensive User Experience Architecture.
Result
The site is now an accessible tool that enables people to access the information they need quickly and easily. Users can find relevant, related information because content on the site is linked in logical relationships. Visitors can see at a glance what services are available in their sector or in a particular region of the world.
