The brief
Dandi Living - a fast growing London-based property development company - needed a website that would reinforce the company’s premium brand image and showcase their unique property offering.

What we did
instinct undertook all aspects of site development for dandi.com, including concept development, design, User Experience Architecture and development.

We started as we always do, by sitting down with key people on the client’s side and discussing their goals. We helped them refine what it was they wanted to achieve and worked with them to envision a site that would deliver everything they needed. During the course of our research and benchmarking we identified what Dandi’s competitors did well and what needed improvement, we combined these findings with the outcomes of our client workshops to create wireframes that served as the blueprints for site development. Once the wireframes were signed-off we started bringing the site to life.

Continuous user testing ensured that everything we designed contributed to a good user experience. For this project we provided: concept development, 3D modelling with special effects for the introduction sequence, fully integrated CMS, Flash 8, AS2, PHP bridge linking the Flash front-end with back-end data and an HTML platform to support accessibility and SEO. We also introduced a mobile version based on the site.

Results
The site we designed and built serves as Dandi’s online presence and a portfolio to show prospective clients. Because the company is growing quickly, the CMS we developed is a crucial part of the web site, as it gives the company the flexibility to add and alter information on the site easily.
